I’m being _really_ picky. Both about the roommate quality and the location. My ideal location is just a block or two east and north of the intersection of diversey, clark, and broadway.
Part of my current drive to move is to avoid the giant fuckup that the northern train lines will become on april 1. But, if you present a sufficiently appealing alternative, I might go for a temporary housing situation that would last until then.
That having been said, what did you have in mind? Wanna get together at a coffeshop (or at your place in front of your gaming console) and chat at some point? (or just get online now… =)
I’m far North of that locale, sorry. I still have a roommate and will until August-September so right now isn’t really an option. And, if you’re being really picky, you might not like it here.. but I’m willing to meet at a coffee shop if you want some ideas for apartment hunting in Chicago. /smile

I am about to hand in the deposit check (chilling out at a coffeeshop waiting for the landlord) on a spot near the fullerton stop. That having been said, I’d be happy to meet you even without the roommate possibility on the table. =)
