Any time you put a ?, they may assume that there is supposed to be a letter there. Guessing as close as you can is marginally better than the alternative which is the “??” souble question mark for things no one remembers. And are they going to bitch about all those addresses…
I second the “credit check” suggestion. And due an unusually consumer-friendly consumer law, you can get free online credit checks once a year. Free and online – can’t beat that.
On another note, I think it amusing that I lived just a few blocks from you in Pittsburgh – I lived in Shadyside 1996-2000, and now live literally a couple of blocks from you here.

I have the reverse suggestion for you – when you DO get a list codified, check your credit report and FIX the mistakes they’ll have. I know they still haven’t gotten my last few addresses right and it’s sad because I only moved every few years, not nearly as much as you did.
And what they did have was wildly inaccurate.
