there’s a loungerat gathering in austin? I’ve been wanting to visit there, but nobody ever keeps me updated on what’s going on.
That’s because there aren’t any real plans yet.
Yeah, but even a “Maybe you shouldn’t be thinking about coming down here for Christmas, because we’re thinking of a gathering in February” would be cool.

Yeah, there have been vague motions in the direction of a plan, but that was a month ago. This was as much to prod myself into remembering to continue instigation as anything. Certainly no definites, yet.
Sure, come to Chicago but don’t try and see us. I bet you go hang out with Happy and don’t invite us. Jen is real mad, I mean it, and she even knows I’m posting, honest. So there!
Of course, now that I think about it, we might be out of town. Can I take back the “Jen is real mad” card, or it that already played? Let us know if there is a chance to meet up with you while you’re in town, and we’ll be there if we’re around.
Well, I hope you guys are around. No trip to chicago is quite complete without the metra ride to the burbs and Jen becoming exhasperated with us. =)
