Tofutti cuties should be called corn cuties. They have corn sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, corn flour, corn sugar, and corn sweetners, many of those ingredients being more prominent than the tofu and soy protein.
Tonight was organic lemonaid, a clif bar, a tofutti cutie, pasta w/ canned sauce, baked ear of corn, a bit of rice with the bragg’s liquid aminos (read: overpriced low salt soy sauce), and a falafel sandwich. I was planning on doing salad too, but my stomach told me enough was enough. Maybe tomorrow evening.
Yay, anti-atkins. =)
Hey now, Braggs is way more than overpriced low salt soy sauce, mister.

(PS – I never answered your surgery question, did I? Yeah, radical double masectomy.)
My housemate got it, I know little about it, not that that stopped me from offering criticism. =) So, enlighten me, what is Braggs, and what makes it so cool?
Ah, that one makes sense to me. Granted, I’d be loathe to give up sensation in my nipples (which I understand comes with mastectomies, correct?), but it still makes sense to me. It’s contruction of appendages or openings which boggles my mind, particularly if it makes the sensitive touchy bits no longer sensitive or touchy. That strikes me as very saddening.
