And on a lighter dream note. I wonder what percentage of the population would appreciate the humor in dreaming about becoming a being of flame and vengeance and thinking “I am Phoenix! … no, no, wait, that name’s taken. Firefox?”
Getting a word in edgewise

(1 / the population of the world) * 100
…whereas all math nerds found that funny. 🙂
Heh. Geek.
Are you assuming everyone who understands the reference will appreciate the humor?
And Firefox is taken too!
Flame and vengance smacks of something more biblical. What about Bitchiel?
The humor is more that this is the way my brain works, even while I’m asleep, even at the apex of a deeply disturbing dream. I don’t even have to try. Cross-genre nerd flows through me like the air I breathe.
lol… You are a walking parody of yourself. 🙂
I suppose there’s nothing wrong with that.. I mean.. I walk around with a song in my head all day long giving myself my own theme music as if I am just *that* important to have it.
Perhaps your rather unique perspective of the world should find an outlet… you seem to derive amusement from providing it to others. 🙂 You remind me of such geekery found on a show called, in fact, Mr. Show.
And geeks are slowly taking over the world… so you may one day rule on high. 😉
I am totally unsurprised that there is a superhero named firefox out there, btw. What universe? Who is (s)he?
I can’t remember who Firefox is – I think it’s lost in the depths of my brain. But I did find this:
http://www.pheno.zoids.org.uk/firefox.htm
And there’s also that awful movie with Clint Eastwood.
But I think there was a Firefox in one of those zillions of independent comics I read in college. Sorry, no help there.
Who deserves your vengeance?
