Standard housing blurb

We have a place in north berkeley for summer sublet for $500/month with hard wood floors a yard, a view, a small deck, large living room, decent kitchen, lots of storage space, washer & dryer as well as dishwasher. For the fall, we would be looking for like $660 (sublet is subsidized by a fall resident, exact price dependent on room size) We have no children, pets or smoking. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown berkeley bart station (a little more coming back, as it is uphill) There is also generally onstreet parking available with permit, if that’s relevant.

No utilities are included, so those are split among the tenants. We have a cable net connection and internal house network along with some cable tv. We all have cell phones, so we didn’t get a land line, but have no problem splitting it if somone needs it.

We are three males, two of us in our mid 20’s and the other in his mid 30’s. We all technical professionals, calm and quiet, different types of vegetarian, gay (and all just friends), and relaxed about tidiness levels.

Our place is available to move in now, and we have two spots available. In the fall we will likely have only one spot available. We want to make sure that the personalities we assemble get along very well for longer term residency.

If you’re interested we can arrange for you to take a look at the place later this week.
