roommate hunt

So, we (Tom, Ro, and I) will be moving in to the new place in a couple of weeks. Simon has grudgingly agreed to pay for the fourth slot for the summer if we can’t find anyone else. We would like to find someone else, though. Preferably 2 someone elses (though it will result in some slightly odd sleeping arrangements and/or traffic flow patterns, the house should still be a great place to live. It’s roomie.

So if any of you are looking for a place to stay for the summer, or have a friend who is, or someone who wants to move in, for that matter, drop me a line, post a comment, or whatever. craigslist ad included below.

We have a beautiful 4+ BR house, large living room, hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms, laundry , an upstairs patio, a yard, with a view of bay, in a really nice neighborhood about 5 minutes walk north of berkeley campus.

We are looking to fill 2 spots for the summer, and possibly longer. Rent is $800 or less, depending on room, with significant subsidies possible for summer sublet. Utilities are not included, but will be split evenly. Wireless and broadband will be available.

We are three technical guys, two in their mid-late 20’s, the other in his mid 30’s. None of us smoke, use drugs, or drink much. You might, but no smoking in the house. We are varying degrees of vegetarian, you need not be.
