Well, I’ve been a little less encouraging to ‘my fans’ and they’ve calmed down. The guy I arranged the date with flaked out on me, though I’ve arranged for another date with someone else (recognized from yahoo’s personals, actually).
Started doing water polo. Not entirely clear on the rules. Not sure that such a team sport is really for me. But I’m figuring it out, and finding it somewhat enjoyable.
Asked for someone to stick around in the pool to demonstrate what was and wasn’t a foul, and one of the cute, spanish-speaking guys did. I got a little flustered having such an attractive guy of uncertain orientation rubbing up against me, so I basically kept saying “yeah, got it,” kinda prematurely.
During my goalie time, I actually caught a ball, and didn’t give any balls directly to the opposing team. An improvement over my first game. Still want to learn the basic rules and forms. Maybe find a website with that stuff on it.

I am a fan of such sorts of ideas, even if they can eventually lead to a certain level of frustration. and how sexxy, during water polo. can’t say I’ll be playing that very soon, seeing as how my sinus problems have kept me out of the water (dunking my head, to be precise) for nearly 15 years now.

it’s amazing that if you’re attractive, the icon could be 10×10 and you still could tell (well, sorta). now maybe it should be off to get a new me, so you can tell on the icon?
I know one guy. Attractive, sweet. He plays with the gay team across the bay, but I’m going to wait til I’m more competent, for that one. Plus it’d be nice if the $7ish to get there and back via bart + bus didn’t seem like a significant blow to my wallet. =)
Being able to understand the basics would be good bonus points for aformentioned cute guy. And yes, having a wee bit more financial stability might be a good thought too…. [grins]

I’ve found it to be okay exercise. When I just go for swimming (like 2000+ yards), I feel like I’ve had more of a workout, actually.

what was that? after “rubbing up against” him–nearly naked–for goodness only knows how long, and you say you “don’t know him all that well”?. sounds like a gay relationship to me!
