Those were great victories for freedom.. I shudder to think what the RIAA and the MPAA and the BSA would be doing if they had won those cases. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will eventually find the whole anti-circumvention portion of the DMCA unconstitutional.

Agreed on the unconstitutionality.
But most importantly, we need to encourage creative contribution, and make sure that the benefits are distributed in a reasonable and productive fashion.
