^^ lots of useful lists there! learn the 2s first, then the vowel dumps and jqxz lists. threes take a while (for me anyways)
as for dictionaries, you can order the OSPD2 (official scrabble players dictionary) from amazon or find it at the bookstore. it has definitions, but doesnt have fun vulgar words like CUNT/KIKE/HEBE/DAGO, etc (and it doesnt have anything longer than 8-letter words). or you can get the official list, which has no definitions, but has every word, nine-letters and under, that is legal in scrabble. the catch is that you have to be a member of the NSA to get it (or i could get it for you!)
