Late to the gym after checking email and chatting. 45 minutes at YMCA on an elliptical (target heart rate 145) listening to npr. Very late to work.

Sounds me-ish

Bed sooner, less net in morning. All good.

  1. I can’t believe you can get your heart rate up listening to NPR. NPR is my morning commute soundtrack, but cardio requires something much more energetic.
