Adam Smith used the term “the invisible hand of the market” as a metaphor for market forces leading to price equilibrium. I basically said that americans using price supports for oil would result in bitch-slapping by the invisible hand. =)
What are you talking about! High oil prices are clearly the sole result of a price-gouging conspiracy on the part of the oil companies!
