28?
I’m not certain you’re ready to celebrate yet there, buddy. Getting to 70 is the easy part.
Once you’re decked out in teh purpz. Then we talks.
45 minutes is a very good pace for 4.75 miles. I will recommend, however, you stop running. It is so bad on your bones and joints it’s not even slightly feasable as a promoter of greater health. Switch to cycling or cross-country machine and do strength resistance training.
Resistance training is proving the absolute best health option for losing weight, gaining strength and energy, and aiding joints.
BTW, are you going to PAX this year?! 😀
Well, my 70 warlock is dressed in about 50% purple 40% blue and 10% green. My 62 druid is blue & green and my 46 shaman is mostly green with some blue. Leveling the paladin in case ever rejoins WoW, so he can have a leveling companion.
You’ll have a hard time convincing me that running is purely deleterious to my health. However, the running is part of my grand plan to do a triathlon this year. So rest assured I’m doing other things. I’ve done nothing but resistance training for the 6 months before I started running. Running has already been far more slimming. =)
I may attend PAX if I’m living in seattle then. =)
Is sleep dep an inherited trait? Because I have it too…
