Sat 2/23: 5+ mile outdoor run (gay!)

Thu 2/28: 3 mile treadmill run 9 min pace +pull workout

Sat 3/1: 5+ mile outdoor run (gay!)
Mon 3/3: 3.5 mile indoor track 30min
Conclusions:
cardio activity is definitely up, but I’m not really following a training program.
I need to register for the three races I want in on. (2x 10 milers + 1 olympic length triathlon)
I’m not lifting enough to justify the split workout, I should reunify.
Educate me, please. Why is 5+ mile outdoor run gay? hehe
Because I do it with frontrunners. =)
