Yup, that’s exactly what it means now. Same as it always meant.
He’s a weird cat. When he does analysis on the PBS News Hour, he seems fairly rational–I disagree with him, but he’s rational. But his written columns are just too out there. “This is the wisest supreme court decision ever! Fewer intact dilation abortions will mean healthier kids, families, and communities.”
