Homophobes are still with us, and they haven’t improved their spelling over the years. But the fact that one has replied about our upcoming event just tells me that we’re getting the word out. I am pleased. Besides, as homophobic comments go, his was pretty tame.

He didn’t say anything threatening; he just disdainfully and graphically indicated things he would rather do than attend our event. I’m not worried, just bemused.

Wow, I’m right on track for a trend here! Last year around this time an event I did a poster for got hate mail too! But some of the people participating in that event got death threats and the police investigated. Glad to hear you didn’t get anything that exciting.
