2005 in review

I’m posting the first sentence (or two, if the first sentence is content free) that I posted in my journal every month for 2005. Enjoy.

  • So, chatting with a net-acquaintance of agreeable nature, I made plans to fool around with him when he got back into town from vacation.
  • As per usual, I don’t know enough to hold the opinions I do.
  • I’m taking it as a sign that I’m getting used to my new mac when I take my cursor to the bottom of the screen hoping to bring up the dock, only to realize that I’m actually on a windows box.
  • Well, I wasn’t a first-string offerree for the GAO, but I’m apparently on the alternate list.
  • In response to ‘s request of me in March, here’s a bit about my reading habits
  • Working 9-5 means that I don’t get livejournal.
  • reposted an article which is highly critical of the current medical practices and beliefs with respect to AIDS and HIV.
  • Given my social distance here (self imposed or not, whatever), I’ve been spending alot of time watching movies & reading books.
  • It is indeed a natural disaster.
  • Alternatively titled “I think I could have handled that better”.
  • Hol-ee fuck. That’s alot of comments, and alot of commenters.
  • I woke up an hour before my 6:15 alarm over a dream in which I did not graduate.
