So, I’m pretty ffxi wild. Or I was. Not sure if it was surgery, making my first 100k gil, or getting into warcraft iii: frozen throne. But now frozen throne is done, and ffxi’s siren song lures me less than once it did. I’m definitely not purchasing WoW until summer at the earliest. Enh. *shrug*
I just sold six gold rings for 110k gil each.

Strangely, this isn’t inspiring gil envy. That’s sad. It’s a very financial economical entertainment. $13/month, unlimited diversion. I probably won’t give up on it ’til the summer, but the three month suspension will likely begin in may. Whether I bother to unsuspend or not, who may know? =)

I’ve heard from at least a couple people that you will like FFXI if and only if you don’t like WoW.
I personally have given up on all MMO games that require you to level up and play Puzzle Pirates, where your skill in the game determines your success, rather than the amount of hours you’ve played a particular character.
