Quit. You’re young, personable, and articulate, which makes you vastly superior to 95% of the American workforce. Somewhere out there is a better city and a better job, one with equally adorable co-workers and a nifty office environment. You may have to go through some temporary crap to get to that city and find that job. But, heh, youth is for adventure.
Easy isn’t always best. I need a job. I can’t afford to be unemployed for more than a month. It’d also be a distinct improvement to my resume to have a job on it that I’ve help for more than a year since I was a ccon =)
Sounds like my job. I work customer service– all the love in the world couldn’t keep me there if something better came along.
