I finally got around to reading the Time article that came out a few weeks (months?) ago. The first paragraph left me wanting to burn the mag (the stereotype of gay culture irked me. We are not all affluent, fashion-oriented dilletantes.) It did get better from there, though it still irked me. The expectation that social scientists would be able to say anything meaningful about a population they cannot define, locate, or randomly sample also exhasperated me. So I have these two clinton tickets, and I’ve determined that I don’t want them. About the only way I’m going to go is if there is some awesome, intelligent, attractive, politically motivated guy who is all about taking one ticket and actively wants me to come with him.
