Right candidates, wrong question

The snow falling outside my window is pretty. Still, I’m glad I’m in here.

Well, that was a fun date. Must remember the importance of pacing. =)

Work has really cut into my blogging. I barely read my subscriptions anymore. It’s rather sad. =(

So, april 14th & 15th I could be going to two conferences. There’s an environmental tech conference in pittsburgh, pa, and a social entrepreneurship conference at stanford. If I wanted to make a week of it, the enviro tech conference leaves me in town for carnival and my friends in pittsburgh. On the other hand, there’s the (quite substantial) appeal of the bay area and my friends out there. Based on the conferences alone, I’d lean towards Stanford. But, it’s been much longer since I’ve been in Pittsburgh than it has since I’ve made it out to the bay area.

Decisions, decisions.

11 hour days suck.

coming out to DC 2/6 – 2/9 or 2/11 if I can find a place to stay. Will be very busy until 9th for work. Hope I get a chance for q

1. The default state seems to be “this isn’t going to work.” So celebrate it when it’s there, don’t try to figure it out when it’s not.

2. Don’t get into the long complicated explanations when things are failing unless they’ve been going strong for awhile.
