We are looking for a third <lj user=greenpat> having led us on like the frigid ice queen he is.  \ud83d\ude09   <\/p>\n<p>So here&#8217;s the ad we will be posting in various locations:<\/p>\n<p><!--more the ad-->Seeking a third for Uptown lower duplex<\/p>\n<p>We are two laid back, mid twenties, university affiliated, politically progressive computer people. <\/p>\n<p>We will be moving into a 3 Bedroom lower duplex in Uptown on September 1st.  The available room will run $400\/month which includes heat and water, but not electricity.  It has coin op laundry in the basement.  There is one off-street parking space available, and there&#8217;s plenty of on-street parking.  Neither of us have cars at present.  No smoking.  We have one bunny, other pets negotiable.  Upstairs duplex has cats and a dog.<\/p>\n<p>Building is located at 31xx Dupont Ave S.
