Heard back from Amazon. Technical phone interview tomorrow. They said it would be largely object oriented design stuff, with maybe some software architecture questions thrown in. Big picture stuff. I expect to impress. <\/p>\n
Hit goodwill for a prop for his filming thingie today, then long life veggie house, then showed him the house, we hung out for a bit, then he went off do the filming stuff. Fun was had. =)<\/p>\n Biked down to campus, waited in line, filled out forms, waited in line again, filled out different forms, signed over $135 for a semester long gymnastics membership. Grabbed a burrito.<\/p>\n Headed into the office. The 42 equations with 37 variables had died (segmentation fault). Vegged out for 15 minutes to get into the proper headspace. Realized I had completely fucked up the least squares & lagrange bits. Rewrote it. 15 equations and 15 variables. Much better. May have a problem with some multipliers that would bump it up to 19, and 19. (in general, 15 + number of frames times number of landmarks. I hope not. That could make things annoying). <\/p>\n Biked directly from work to gymnastics, signed my third “I promise not to sue” form for the group (and the day). Lots and lots of cartwheels today. A few somersaults, front and back. Strength training on the rings (mostly skin the cat). Some really obscene ab workouts, then done. Left me wanting more. =) My fuzzy jedi master will be there monday. Hmmm, sounds like a good time to go to me.<\/p>\n And now to sleep. Things on the todo list. Apply to umn, contact lai-san about her recommendations, apply to uic, contact mr dean trip organizing person. Respond to a slew of emails and snail mails.
