Got up early, and went to join Cal Rugged for a bike ride around angel island. We had fun. Biking & climbing. Very leisurely pace. We did have an explosive flat, due to what I think was over pumping of a bike tire. Though, it could have been a really crappy inner tube. Probably a little of column a, a little of column b. This meant that we swapped off running & biking. (well, there were 10 of us. At one point, on the downhill) I volunteered to run.
