I’m going to check out the berkeley jobsmart career center thing. I think this may be more of an “I’m homeless and need help getting a job at the corner store” kind of establishment, but at worst I will waste a little time, and I’ve certainly done plenty of that already. Then I will go to the library, and, as many ‘take control of your job hunt’ guides recommend, check out local listings for businesses that please me. Specifically it consulting type firms.
