So, for those of you not aware, I’ve gone on several coffee-dates in squirrel hill. And a totally unscientific recall of the events leads me to believe that I’ve been stood up on roughly 1\/3 of them. <\/p>\n

So, anyway, this evening I talk to this totally cute kid who seems all eager to meet me. And he claims to have been vegetarian on his own initiative since he was 12. He has my attention. I head over to my place from hanging out with some friends prior to this. He’s standing out in front of the coffee shop (smoking, , but that’s not a big deal for a single evening). We chat for like a minute, I tell him I’m hitting my place to get some stuff done, and I’ll be right back. He says he’ll stay there. 10 minutes later, when I get back, less than 5 minutes after the start time of our date, he’s gone. I wait for fifteen minutes then blow the joint. <\/p>\n
