I think this a post exercise headache. I don’t think it’s dehydration based, though I suppose it could be low blood sugar based…<\/p>\n
I chugged oj right after had two toaster waffles with real maple syrup and several “stone ground wheat” crackers. Plus some protein powder. This headache had a late in the day onset. Google convinced me I have brain cancer (Not really), or that this may be a migraine (it does exacerbate my photosy<\/strike>ensitivity and my aversion to noise. It’s also only on one side of my head. But it is not so debilitating as I thought migraines were. Sinuses?)<\/p>\n
So am I being anorexic and thereby giving myself headaches? Just overdoing it with the running? Facing imminent death? Do I have a migraine problem? Sinus troubles? Or maybe it’s just stress…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
