Across the street from the library, near whole foods and the Y. Free laundry in the basement, shared with the rest of the building, I think.  1 washer, 1 dryer.  Basement room was a giant room, which they said &#8220;could be used as a bedroom&#8221;.  But it had no wall + door to separate it from the rest of the basement.  That strikes me as some serious false advertising.  I thought Chicago had some rules as to what counts as a bedroom.  Still, if someone were comfortable sleeping behind a divider, it wouldn&#8217;t be so bad.  Meh.  $1900.  <\/p>\n<p>2) was in a pretty good location too.  An easy walk to the YMCA and whole foods.  Not too bad a trip to the addison station for a commute.  And if I stayed also a short walk to the paulina station in the future. Otoh, it has a very nice kitchen, a sunroom in the back, as well as a dining room and living room.  $2000<\/p>\n<p>3) Wasn&#8217;t in as good a location.  Right on addison.
