this was on the 12 minute walk from the belmont station, to a potential new apartment. 3BR, about the same size as my current (excessively large) 2BR. But it has central heat and air as well as in unit laundry. Score. <\/p>\n
Spatial arrangement would limit the potential size of my board game and dinner parties to current size or smaller. My feelings are mixed on that. Rent would be a little cheaper with a third. Roommate didn’t come with me to check the place out, despite saying he would. Not sure what’s up with that.<\/p>\n
