She wants to make it a crime to become pregnant or to help others become pregnant by artificial means if the would be mother doesn&#8217;t have a husband.  So, leaving aside the homo-hostility, and the implicit condemnation of anything but a traditional family, let&#8217;s look at what this law would produce.
